HealthTextiles Signs Agreement with Mediteq and Appoints Helen Sandelin as Regulatory Expert to the HealthTextiles Advisory Board

Helen Sandelin is a regulatory expert and consultant in medical devices and personal protective equipment, with experience in regulations and standards since 2003. Since 2007, she has run Mediteq Svenkebo AB together with about ten like-minded colleagues specializing in areas such as management systems and auditing, technical documentation, 510(k), CE marking with a notified body, risk management, clinical data and evaluation, material safety, and sterile products.

Helen frequently serves as an advisory consultant but also works operationally as a project manager, management system auditor, training leader, and quality manager. She holds an engineering degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and participates in standardization work within TK 62 – Electrical Equipment for Medical Use. Helen has been a training leader at SIS (Swedish Institute for Standards) since 2015 and has also taught university-level students since 2020. Since 2025, she is also Chair of the consultancy association MEDEA. Helen has a strong focus on communication and understanding, ensuring that each customer, consultant, or training participant gains new knowledge, insights, and experience.
